Title

Evaline Lamson Cottage (Now demolished)

Description

This is the home of Evaline Lamson, one of the women credited with starting the Winter Park Public Library. Her home was also the original location for library services, keeping books and pamphlets and books on the porch and in the hall.
Miss Lamson was the original "book keeper". Today, we call this the circulation librarian.
