Palm Cemetery is Winter Park's oldest cemetery and has been in continuous operation since 1906 and is located at the corner of Webster and New York avenues. This is the burial location of many of Winter Park's most notable residents such as: Loring Chase, Mary Brown, Hugh and Jeanette Genius McKean, James Gamble Rogers II, and Albin Polasek.
Pineywood Cemetery is Winter Park's historically African-American Cemetery. It is a beautiful, historic final resting place for generations of African-American Winter Park residents. This is the burial location of many of Winter Park's most notable residents such as: Frank R. Israel, Walter B. Simpson, Ruby Mae Roberts Ball, Eula Pearl Knolton Jenkins and Jerry “Disco” Smith, Jr.
